BE A WINNER

Facing  the trial in your live, you should try to think positively. Positive thinking can do a lot more than just change your outlook on life. By the way, thinking positively will help you raise your energy levels, keep your healthy and help you to overcome seemingly impossible obstacles.

Positive thinker are known to be major resistant to major diseases such as cancer, generally successful in their career and tend to live longer. telling you truth, the good news as that while we may be born with a particular outlook on life,we can learn to be positive and enjoy all the associated benefits.

If people want to get the bright sides it is important for them to have clear goal. it may be a case of being little selfish,do what you want to do,rather than what other people might want.with an optimistic outlook you will gain far more than just a happier lifestyle. people will feed off your positive vibes and want to be near you because you will be focusing on their good points.If people believe they will be good at something, it vastly increase the like hood of that being the case.

stop worrying

some could say stop worryng, tell the truth it is not as easy as you to say. But you must get rid of all the negative  thought from your mind. Throught negative thought will make you find the new strength.stop being lazy. create a good habis to learn anything. Remember! there is a way, if you have a will.
  
Be kind yourself and Face up to your fears
If something goes wrong,you should not blame your self. Get out the habit  of believing bad things. give your self daily treats. and do thing  that make you feel special and good. make sure that you are the one who is able to overcome the life's problem. in order word you should be proud of  yourself. life is a struggle. don't be afraid facing the problem. the fears wont make you be a winner.

Know your own mind and assert your self
Don't allow people to walk over you. try to say  no and to make request without feeling guilty or expecting a negative response.  if you want must have a confrontation,try to work out what you want to say in advance to avoid being lost for words. above all,get out the pessimistic cycle that convinces you that have lost before you have even begun.

Never say never and don't ever give up
Rid off negative word from your vocabulary and stop seeing everything as a problem.
If thing don't work out the way you expected, don't blame yourself. The different between winners and loser iathe way they handle disappointments, winners will  sail over difficulties while loser fall flat at the first hurdle.because of this, try and try.dont ever give up.

Fantasise For fun
your daydream are far moreimportan that you might think. According to the psychologists,the negative day dreams may lead to low self-esteem. On the other side,the positive daydreams can boost your confidence
